Our mission statement
Our philosophy is to provide high-quality education based on developmentally appropriate guidelines in a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment.
Through an inquiry-based learning approach, our goal is to encourage the social, emotional, and intellectual growth of each child to help build skills that set children up for success in kindergarten and beyond.
We offer early childhood education to children from 24-months-old to 5-years-old. Our current classes offered are:
Pre-K: Students that will be entering kindergarten next school year and will be 4 years old by September 1st. (Must be potty trained.)
Little Learners: Students that will be 3 years old by September 1st. (Must be potty trained.)
Mini Learners: Students that will be 3 years old after September 1st. (Must be potty trained.)
Tiny Tots: Students that are 24 to 36-months-old.
Early Care & Learning: Additional care offered outside of regular preschool hours to potty trained students.
Pre-K (Full Day): Tues-Thurs 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Pre-K (Late-Start): Tues-Thurs 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Little Learners: Tues-Thurs 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM
Mini Learners: Tues-Thurs 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM
Tiny Tots (A) Tues-Thurs 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM
Tiny Tots (B) Tues-Thurs 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM
Early Care & Learning: Mon & Fri: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Tues-Thurs: After school until 5:00 PM.
(The preschool follows the WUSD calendar, observing the same holidays, breaks, scheduled snow days, etc.)
Little Wonders is registered in the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) Empower Program.
We accept services through a First Things First Child Care Health Consultant to help us provide a safe and healthy learning environment.
The preschool is inspected and licensed by the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) Division of Licensing Services, Office of Child Care Licensing.
