Our mission statement
Our mission is to provide high-quality education in a safe, respectful, nurturing, and inclusive environment that builds a foundation for life-long learning.
Our goal is to build skills that set children up for success in kindergarten and beyond.
Our classes are broken up into two sessions: Preschoolers are students that will be entering kindergarten next school year.
Little Learners are potty trained students that still have a year or two until kindergarten.
Preschoolers: Tues through Thurs 8:00 AM - 11:30 AM
Little Learners: Tues and Thurs 12:30 - 3:30 PM
(The preschool follows the WUSD calendar, observing the same holidays, breaks, scheduled snow days, etc.)
Little Wonders Preschool is registered in the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) Empower Program.
The preschool is inspected and licensed by the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) Division of Licensing Services, Office of Child Care Licensing.
Hi, my name is Celeste. I have lived in Winslow my entire life. My husband Jason and I have three sons, a daughter-in-law, and a grandbaby. It was an honor to work in the Winslow Unified School District for 11 years; 6 years as a librarian, 4 years I worked as Parent Liaison, and 1 year as a Lab Instructor. Each role has shaped me and prepared me for this next adventure. I am counting down the days until I can help our new little friends learn and grow!
Hello, my name is Mikayla. I live here in Winslow with my husband Zach and our newborn daughter Quinn. I graduated from NAU with my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education in April. Teaching has always been a dream of mine, I have volunteered in elementary and preschools schools since I was in high school. I also gained a lot of experience throughout my time in college. I am so excited to bring Little Wonders Preschool to our little town!
